We have stayed in this gorgeous hotel for 3 nights, everything was really good, the location was amazing close to the public transport. Liked central heating, a safe and multi-channel television in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which was conveniently located near the city center. The tram stop was just outside the hotel, making it easy to explore the city and visit the Christmas markets. The rooms were clean and spacious, with tall ceilings and a flawless bathroom. The staff was helpful and friendly, offering suggestions for restaurants and markets. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food including boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and delicious cheese. the experience was flawless and exceeded my expectations.

There was one incident where the staff's attitude was unpleasant, which marred an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Our rooms were bright and silent, on higher floors. The breakfast was full of high quality meals such as eggs and cheese. The staff were extremely friendly, favourable and perfect location very close to subway...

Big and en suite room with a comfortable bed and AC, for example, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Smooth check-in, generally good service.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Vienna. The location was excellent, with convenient tram stops and a tube station nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a good internet connection. I appreciated the attention to detail, like the instant hot water and the option for a really cold shower. The staff were polite, efficient, and always ready to offer helpful advice and book reservations. The value for money was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a quiet space to rest.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Free Internet connection at the room, computer with free Internet in lobby, nice location - 3 minutes from U-Bahn-station (few stops from center), safe at the room. Also it's possible to leave package at the hotel if you arrive before check-in or depart after check-out.

Breakfast was far too frugal.

Convenient location, nice and friendly staff, large clean room and bathroom (bathroom with a window - fantastic!), good value for the money. A hearty breakfast with a good choice of hot and cold drinks and cookies for dessert.

Lack of ventilation in the hotel - you could feel the stare air, some handicaps at breakfast such as lack of warm milk for the cornflakes or ketchup and mustard for sausages and no vegetables. Internet in the room only wired and slow. Avoid rooms with windows from the courtyard, where an informal smoking area was arranged - the perfect audibility of smokers will not allow you to sleep. Poor sound insulation of ceilings. In the room a tiny safe, which does can not fit even a 13-inch laptop
